If you are unwell in any way with flu like symptoms, you will not be able to attend any of Amanda's face to face events. It is your responsibility to notify Amanda Starr or her team prior to your appointment to arrange rescheduling, as soon as you become unwell.

The information contained on this website and any accompanying blogs, including ideas, suggestions, techniques, articles, and other materials, is provided to you only as general information.

Amanda Starr does not provide medical diagnosis, for consultations related to health, medical, or psychiatric issues.
Remedial, Swedish & Intuitive Massage, Medical Mediumship, Medical Intuition, Psychic Mediumship and energetic healing sessions with Amanda Starr are alternative healing methods, and although there is evidence that Massage & Energetic healing is effective in improving a number of physical, mental, and spiritual conditions, the methods are considered alternative or complementary by health care professionals. Therefore these sessions should never replace professional medical advice or treatments.

Amanda Starr cannot and will not provide you with any kind of medical care, treatment, or diagnosis in relation to the physical health or wellbeing of your body. Logos and names contained within this site are trademarks of Amanda Starr and may not be used in connection with any product or service, nor used in any manner that disparages or discredits Amanda Starr. Trademarks owned by Amanda Starr may be used only with the written permission of the trademark owner.

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
A full refund will only be available for all private consultations if cancelled more than 48hrs before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled 24-48hrs before your scheduled appointment, will incur a $50 admin booking fee. If less than 24hrs notice is given, no refund will be available.

Cancellations for all courses and workshops will incur a 10% admin booking fee if cancelled more than 1 week prior to the start of the course or Worksop. 50% booking fee if cancelled less than 1 week but no later than 48hrs. No refund will be available for cancellations less than 48hrs prior to the start date. Transferring to an alternate course or start date must be negotiated with Amanda Starr. Amanda Starr reserves the right to refuse this option.
Cancellations for retreats will incur a 50% admin booking fee if cancelled less than 4 weeks, but more than 7 days prior to the event. No refund will be available for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event.
Mentorship programs. Programs cancelled more than 72hrs after making payment and less than 72hrs before the scheduled start date, will incur a 50% admin charge. No refund is given less than 72hrs prior to the scheduled start date.
If you fail to show, or show up late to a scheduled appointment, no additional session time will be provided. All programs must be started within 12 weeks of booking the service or making payment, which ever comes first. All programs must be completed within the scheduled 4, 6 or 8 week timeframe plus 2 additional 'grace' weeks, starting from the date of the first session. Any flexibility or adjustments to that timeframe is extremely rare and solely at the discretion of Amanda Starr. Amanda Starr will make all reasonable efforts to schedule appointments with you but it is your responsibility to work with Amanda Starr and her schedule to secure mutually convenient days and times for each session. If the client wishes to cancel the program after it has started, no refund will be given. If Amanda is unable to complete your program for her own personal reasons, an 80% refund on remaining sessions will be provided. The remaining 20% is for admin fees and charges.

STORE PRODUCT WARANTY

You may return new or unopened items sold under amandastarr.com.au and amandaroussety.com websites within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds will not be given for downloaded files including but not limited to music, mediations and courses.

Items are to be shipped back to Amanda Starr at your own expense. We strongly advise that you purchase proof of postage, shipment tracking or insurance when you ship items for return as Amanda Starr will not be held responsible for any items which are lost by any mail carrier or courier.

If you have requested a replacement item this will be shipped to you within two weeks of your damaged item having reached us. If you have requested a refund this will be made to your original payment method within two weeks of your returned item having reached us.

The information and products on this website are provided "as is" and "as available". Amanda Starr makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of Amanda Starr services or the information, content, materials, products
